THE LODGE RESTAURANT, OPENS IN LOS ANGELES,
AS A UNIQUELY CONTEMPORARY TAKE ON THE STEAKHOUSE

Adolfo Suaya Joins LA’s Nightlife Price, Michael Sutton, In Introducing A Dining Experience Fit For Foodie’s And Scenesters Alike!

Designer Dodd Mitchell Commissioned To Create A Space Poised To Redefine Classic Steakhouse

(Los Angeles, CA – September, 2005) In a city recognized around the globe for its “of the moment” restaurant and nightlife venues, The Lodge introduces a fitting alternative to the norm. A progressive design concept fused with impeccable cuisine, positions The Lodge as an instant classic, among some of the cities most revered mainstays.

Designer Dodd Mitchell (Crescent Hotel, Dolce, Sushi Roku, Katana) transforms a 5000 square foot space which once housed the landmark Beverly Hills Café. In a city where weather is mild, guests will be transported into an atmosphere designed to evoke a mountain ski lodge - a warm respite from the elements outdoors, replete with three fireplaces, a bar area with seating for 15 and standing room for 50, as well as two semi-private dining areas and a smoking patio to seat 160 guests total. A state of the art floor to ceiling wine tower situated in the main dining room, houses some of the world's finest selections.

Menu highlights of signature cuisine include the finest cuts of Kobe Beef, Prime Rib and Filet Mignon, accompanied by chic renditions of the ultimate in comfort foods, such as “Mac and Cheese” and creamed spinach. From Lobster Cocktail to super sized martinis, to the perfect glass of wine from an impressive collection of rare finds from around the world, the Lodge will artfully fuse pure Americana with all that embodies Hollywood style.

The Lodge, located at 14 North La Cienega in Beverly Hills(corner of Wilshire), will be open for dinner 7 nights a week. Reservations required. 310.854.0024
